REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

You’ve got 30 days from when you got your item to ask for a return.

1. Reach Out to Customer Service

Before you kick off the return process, get in touch at Customercare@madlabsskincare.com.au. 

2. Refund Eligibility

For a full refund eligibility check, contact our customer service team. 

3. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ship all products back to PO Box, Australia, and toss in a tracking number in your email for us to keep an eye on.

4. Return Steps

Here’s how to return your products:

   a. Email customercare@madlabsskincare.com.au to start the return. Include your order number and reason for the return.

   b. Our customer service team will walk you through securely packaging and shipping the products back to us.

   c. Once we get the products back and give them a look, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours.

5. Refund Method

We’ll refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. It might take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

No refund yet? First, check your bank account. Then, hit up your credit card company. Sometimes, refunds take a while to officially post. If all that’s done and still no refund, email us at support@madlabsskincare.com.au.

7. Exemptions

We won’t take back products that show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration. 

8. Missing or Incorrect Products

If you get damaged or incorrect products, hit up our customer service team right away. We’ll sort you out with a replacement or a refund, and we’ll foot the bill for the return shipping.

9. Faulty or Damaged Products

Got damaged or faulty items? Shoot us an email within 30 days of purchase. We’ll figure out if you’re due for replacement product. Don’t forget to include your order number in the subject line.
