DELIVERY OF GOODS

Orders are processed promptly upon full payment. Delivery times vary between 2 to 14 days depending on the shipping option. Mad Labs Skincare is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Replacement of such items is at our discretion.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection laws. To initiate a return, email customercare@madlabsskincare.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Initial shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
